ELEVATE communities will feature a robust staff, including volunteers and family members. Peak hours will deliver maximum staffing, with volunteers and family members on site to support the professional team in their efforts.

Team Leaders

All leaders will be assigned to a specific neighborhood and actively work in that neighborhood to develop and nurture relationships, build familiarity and instill consistency and confidence.

Robust Programming

ELEVATE communities will host a minimum of 14 activities each day, providing a variety of options and choices for residents to be engaged, involved and connected.

UNIQUE DINING EXPERIENCE

ELEVATE communities will offer a unique dining experience. Free from strict schedules, residents are welcome to dine when they want and where they want.

Community Involvement

Promoting connection to the communities in which they live, all residents and staff of ELEVATE will remain actively involved in the greater community through volunteerism.

ELEVATE communities will be a resource to all seniors in the areas we serve. We will provide assistance to all seniors – even before they are ready to move into our community.

ONE-ON-ONE ACTIVITIES

Each resident will enjoy personalized one-on-one activities each week. These activities will be shaped by the resident’s wants, needs and preferences.
